ABOUT THE BOOK:The dear Fannie Flagg is behind as good as during her irresistible as good as waggish many appropriate in I Still Dream About You, a comic poser romp by a streets of Birmingham, Alabama, past, present, as good as future.

Meet Maggie Fortenberry, a still pleasing former Miss Alabama. To others, Maggies hold up seems practically perfectshes lovely, charming, as good as a successful genuine estate agent during Red Mountain Realty. Still, Maggie cant assistance though wonder how she wound up in her benefaction condition. She had been upon her carefree approach to becoming Miss America as good as realizing her childhood mental condition of sometime vital in a single of a elegant old homes upon tip of Red Mountain, with a adoring husband as good as a 2.5 children, though afterwards something unexpected happened as good as changed everything.

Maggie graduated during a tip of her class during appeal school, can fold a napkin in some-more than forty-eight different ways, as good as can come in as good as exit a automobile gracefully, though all a refinement in a universe cannot assistance her now. Since a legendary genuine estate hustler Hazel Whisenknott, dear owner of Red Mountain Realty, died 5 years ago, business has left from bad to worseand a future isnt seeking many better. But usually when things appear utterly hopeless, Maggie suddenly comes up with a perfect devise to compromise it all.

As Maggie prepares to put her devise into action, we meet a cast of high-spirited characters around her. To Brenda Peoples, Maggies many appropriate friend as good as genuine estate partner, Maggies hold up seems easy as pie. Slender Maggie d! oesnt ha ve to worry about her figure, or about her Weight Watchers sponsor throwing her during a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. And Ethel Clipp, Red Mountains very old as good as grumpy bureau physical education instructor with a bright purple hair, thinks a universe of Maggie though has positively nothing good to say about their rival Babs The Beast of Birmingham Bingington, a unethical estate agent who hates Maggie as good as is dynamic to put her out of business.

Maggie has heartbreaking secrets in her past, though by a strange turn of events, she soon discovers, utterly by accident, which everybody, it seemsdead or alivehas during least a single little secret.

I Still Dream About You is a wonderful novel which is equal tools Southern charm, attempted murder mystery, as good as which perfect combination of humerous entertainment as good as out-of-date knowledge which can be served up usually by Americas own remarkable Fannie Flagg.

MY REVIEW:
I STILL DREAM ABOUT YOU is Fannie Flagg during her best, as good as considering how many we adore all her books, which is observant a lot. we consider a single thing which combined to my delight of this Flagg book so many was which it is a poser which isnt common in her books. The poser centers around Maggie Fortenberry, a categorical character as good as a former Miss Alabama who is now a genuine estate agent, as good as how she discovers a physique in a integument of a residence she has usually sole as good as decides to investigate this upon her own.

Maggie, has found it tough to be a same intense gal she was now which she has strike 60 as good as has seen which hold up isnt regularly perfect as good as filled with tantalizing fried green tomatoes. In a neighborhood which Maggie regularly dreamed about vital in, a poser residence sits among a lovely palace of Red Mountain, where yuppies of Birmingham now similar to to call home. Instead of Maggie vital here, she is selling homes for her Red Mountain Realty Company where many see her as a successful business woman when really, Maggie is falling apart inside. She has created a suicide note as good as even left so distant as to have cancelled her credit cards. She thinks she is ready to desert a hold up she finds astray as good as waste with no husband or children. Her coming of success has been strike by tough mercantile times usually similar to everyone else. BUT, a poser in this a single residence might be enough to keep Maggie meddlesome as she starts to demeanour into a story of this home as good as finds a little extremely interesting facts! .
I STILL DREAM ABOUT YOU has all a signature Fannie Flagg lovable, good fleshed out characters which we unequivocally care about, as good as set in Birmingham with such on-spot descriptions which a city itself becomes a character as mostly settings do in a Flagg book. The categorical theme of a story functions around Maggies emotional condition as good as thoughts of suicide though dont let which fool we since Flaggs wonderful humor still makes this book sing. As Maggie keeps upon loitering a suicide, as good as a story is a single which in conclusion turns out about hope, we STILL DREAM ABOUT YOU wont disappoint. we consider it is a definite recommendation for book clubs as we know cave would adore to read this story of loyalty, friendship, as good as even poser all wrapped up with a right volume of southern humor as good as appeal as good as twists as good as turns to keep we branch a pages. A good present for any a single this holiday seasonor anytime else!

I want to read this book because I've always enjoyed Fannie Flagg. She is so funny. I love it that this book is set in the south, Birmingham. I'm sure Fannie makes her characters come to life in her book. Looks like a great read.
